NYK Line’s intra-Asia presence

   The Japanese ocean carrier allocates 21 percent of its capacity towards intra-Asia trades, according to BlueWater Reporting’s Carrier Trade Route Splits Report.
   This chart displays a comparison of NYK Line’s weekly allocated capacity on intra-Asia trades versus all other trades combined, according to data from BlueWater Reporting’s Carrier Trade Route Splits Report.
   Each week, the Japanese ocean carrier allocates 225,852 TEUs towards various trades across the globe, 21 percent of which is allocated towards intra-Asia trades. The carrier allocates 46,990 TEUs each week towards intra-Asia trades and 178,862 TEUs each week towards all other trades combined.
   Zooming in on intra-Asia, the largest trade for NYK is from North Asia to Southeast Asia, where it allocates 27,897 TEUs per week.
